Team BodyArt has spent an immense amount of time and effort researching and developing various layers, angles and perceptions of movement, nutrition and behavior. 

Our aim is to encourage balance and move away from hardcore rollercoaster diet/exercise methods that try to force the body into an ideal mold.  It's not about getting there as much as it is about how you get there.

During the 1-on-1 three month bootcamp with Tanya, she takes you on a journey dependant on your goals and your unique body-mind-emotion combination. Automatic BodyArt Certification (layer 1)
By the time you complete a BodyArt Bootcamp with Tanya you will be "layer 1 certified". You will know the format of her program she's spent many nerdy years perfecting. You will not know half of the science/artform or her method, but it's enough that her team wants her to include this automatic "layer 1" certification. 

If you begin coaching others in this style, we much prefer you to partner with us for the long-term and learn all the insights behind the method so we invite you into the certification/partnership program. Here you will be both authorized to teach various layers of Tanya's style/method as well as a partner in optimizing your business/goals.
